ALTech management capabilities include close control of costs, manpower allocation, technical responsiveness, program planning, reporting, and related elements of administration. This includes concise definition of objectives, identification of the necessary expertise and manpower, and the management of multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
ALTech's facilities and management structure provide close liaison, immediate availability, and rapid response that are vital for adequately supporting contract activities anywhere in the country. If personnel in one office are needed to support activities in another office, the appropriate personnel can be available on a timely basis. ALTech will establish additional support offices in other cities, should the need arise.
One key to ALTech's success in satisfying our customers, is close coordination with the customer on all program aspects. Very early in the development of each project, the Program Manager meets with staff personnel to clarify and outline program objectives.
PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE
ALTech gives special attention to the quality assurance of our products. To ensure the highest level of quality and the complete satisfaction of our customers, technical program reviews are performed from the outset of each program.
The Program Manager ensures that preliminary data developed early in the program is in accordance with government and customer requirements. This preliminary data is reviewed internally by the ALTech technical staff, followed by a review by the Program Manager. The preliminary data is then reviewed with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the product in both content and format.
Based on this understanding, the ALTech Program Manager coordinates completion of the project, with additional interface as required. All data delivered to the customer is subject to the same review cycle described above for preliminary data.
