ALTech Program Management
All projects are assigned a dedicated Program Manager. The Program Managers can utilize personnel, as required, from either of the two ALTech functional groups, Engineering Support or Logistics Support. All Program Managers have the authority to communicate directly with the Technical Point of Contact designated by our customer and have full authority to commit resources. Program Managers are assigned based on technical understanding of the proposed project and their past management experience.
